Anyone else can compete as well if they feel it will help their lifting. Its just an informal comp inspired by Colin and Brendan' efforts to get lifters in their area together every so often for lifting.

1. No youtube video, no recorded lift.
2. Lifts must be from that Saturday to try and keep competitive pressure.
3. Total weight from two lifts, snatch and C&J, only.
4. Unlimited attempts
