Mon 11th May: Operation Chicken Legs
Back Squat:
Warm up with 60, 100, 125, 143 and then 1 set of 10 with 150 (330lb), 2 sets of 8 with 145 (320lb). 1st set left me wiped out and could only manage 8 reps for last two sets.
Deadlift:
Warm up with 100, 125, 143 and then 1 set of 8, 1 set of 9 and finally 3 rd set i managed 10 reps with 165 (365lb).
