As Forrest Gump would say 'My momma always said, "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.' My head was elsewhere tonight and if it were not for the stubborn streak in me I would probably have walked out of the gym a lot earlier in each of the lifts.

Had a few problems today as been carrying an injury but you just got to get it done. Good skills.
ReplyDeleteyes Pete. I dropped nearly all my snatches. Just closed the chapter. Next day will be better. You need the bad days to really appreciate the good ones.
